What we like:
Bun with Spicy Fried Shrimp Sambal / Hae Bee Hiam / 蝦米香 Rm 2.60
I am a convert to Hae Bee Hiam after trying this version. Boss recommended this when we were there. I was reluctant since I am not a fan of 蝦米香.
The filling was too little (ah, now I like it so much to "grumble" that it is not enough) and did not spread evenly throughout the bun.
The bun is best enjoyed when fresh from the oven and not overnight.
Bread with coconut shavings and sugar spread Rm 2.60
Bread was pandan flavored, soft and the spread of sugar and coconut shavings went very well with it. Personally I will prefer to have a spread of cream in the middle of the bread, it will be perfect.
Friendly service, lady boss was especially warm.
