Xiao Mei Otak-Otak 小妹乌达 - Fish Rm 6.50 180g
My first Muar Otak-Otak was from Han Kee 汉记 from Glutton's Street 贪食街 and we love it.
The 2nd Muar Otak-Otak was from A-Class 俊隆, and was not as suited to us.
Our Food Exploration "mission" keep us always interested and curious for continuous trials. Research online gave us a lead to follow, Xiao Mei Otak-Otak 小妹乌达.
After some driving in circles and helpful directions given by locals, we managed to arrive, bought and tried it at home.
Verdict is, it is even better than the already delicious version from Han Kee 汉记. The part that won was the bigger amount of fish in it and in visible chunks that gave bite to the chew. (see photos) The seasoning was nice too, being just right, not too lemak or too spicy or powdery in taste.
