Otak-Otak Sandwich @Private Dining

Thanks to FB Friend Joell Choo for recommending the Healthy Milk Bread from Verbena.
It came in thick slices. Upon unwrapping, a faint milk fragrance was released into our dining room. Hmmm, nice! The bread was soft and fluffy, reminding me of the Simmons Commercial. The bread was like the mattress. It tasted mildly sweet, making it very enjoyable on its own. Later, when the sandwich was completed and enjoyed, I realised this bread is perfect for making sandwiches due to its thickness and texture.
Hang Kee Otak-Otak - Fish has been our favourite since our first visit to Muar about 2 years ago. It has been recently "de-throned" by its fellow Muar Otak-Otak from Xiao Mei Otak-Otak 小妹乌达. The fish bits were slightly lesser but it is also price friendlier.
The rest of the ingredients were "assembled" in any market, supermarket or hypermarkets.
This has to be the most delicious Otak-Otak Sandwich ever tasted by me thus far. Mrs Tea also loved it.
