About 12 small chestnuts in a pack of 55g. Tasted sweet

Lightly salted. I like the sweet potato especially as they tasted sweet and savoury

Proportion of Almonds more than Cranberries.  The first fragrance upon opening was kind of artificial to me. Upon tasting, I like this as the almonds tasted fresh and not too sweet, in fact a light hint of sourness from the cranberries coating. The Cranberries are just what to expect of dried fruits.

Tomo's Stollen from Pan Kobo Cafe at Horizon Hills

Visited: 2014 Dec

Tomo's Stollen
from  Pan Kobo Cafe 焼きたてパンの店
Rm 35 nett
Comes with a nice festive paper bag and a plastic knife.

My previous posts on Pan Kobo Cafe at: http://neutea.blogspot.com/search/label/Pan%20Kobo

I like Fruitcake and have not tried a Stollen before. The outer look did not impress me (icing). After slicing it up, the icing goes very well with the bread like interior, not too sweet. There is a refreshing and pleasant lemon peel fragrance too.

Pan Kobo Cafe has always make good icing sugar, just like their Lemon Sugar Roll and Cinnamon Roll which I love.

The mixed fruits tasted of rum and every bite has just a good mix of them, bread, icing and nuts.

I like Tomo's Stollen, Merry Christmas!
