Crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. 
Usually I will enjoy with Kopi-O 咖啡乌, but I was so deprived of Kopi 咖啡 that I had it instead. The kopi was so black that it woke up my senses and it was pretty good.

What we like:

You Char Kway Rm 0.70/pc

I like to dip this into Kopi-O, so it has to be crispy on the outside to be nice. One can wait for the right moment to buy the freshly fried ones as you sip your coffee, his stall is very visible. The You Char Kway is solid, shorter and broader than the usual ones, so one piece is enough to be filling.

He also sells Hum Chin Peng (咸煎饼) and Butterfly Fritters (马花煎).

Kopitiam well ventilated.
