Can takeaway frozen buns to steamed at home, same price.
The skin is fluffy soft (look at photo) and I like to say in jest that I am "eating cotton pillow" 棉花枕头.
The red bean paste sweetness goes well with the skin. The ratio of paste vs skin is perfect to me, look at the well spread filling, covering every inch / cm of the bun. No uneven spread (refer to photos). It is good to the last mouthful (photo).
