What we like:
Walk in to the side of the house and order at the Counter and then wait for your order at your seat.

Yong Tau Foo 酿豆腐 (1 type only) Rm 1.20 /pc is the star here. It is bigger than those that you get from the other stalls (refer to photo, spoon size is the guide). The Tau Foo (Bean curd) is white and fresh to taste with the outer skin fried. The pork filling is Hakka styled 客家酿 that is both generous in portion and tasty with the juiciness intact. It was so good that we take away some.

It is a noodle house, so there are yellow noodle 黄面, kway teow 粿條, etc.
One can choose to have it in soup 清汤, curry 咖哩 or dry 干捞version.
I think it was Rm 3.30 per bowl (Small 小)
It was served with Char Siew Slices (thick enough with chew), pork ball 猪肉圆, fishball 鱼圆 and fried wanton 炸云吞. I had the soup version and the really really hot soup kept streaming the fragrance from the shallot, to my nose, making it a very enjoyable noodle soup.
I cannot emphasize enough that noodle soup should be served this steaming hot, the old school way. I was returned to my childhood, momentarily.

Next visit I shall try the Mee Kia / Slim Noodles / 幼面.

The seating were neatly arranged and kept clean and comfortable for diners. It was airy, not warm at all (visited in the morning).

Service was friendly.

What we don't like:
Limited parking and scattered.

Huge !!!

Fresh and Tasty
