What we like:

Nasi Campur's selection looked appetising, and I plan to try soon. 

Mee Soto Rm 4.30 or Rm 4.50, I think. It was of good portion and came with Begedil. Add the sambal kicap (spicy black sauce) to make the soup tasty. I find this to be average. 

Assorted Kuih. Rm 1 for 3pcs. I find this to be of good value and slightly above average in taste. 

Nice view of the opposite building, Bangunan Dato’ Mohammad Salleh Perang (BDMSP) and landscaped walkway.

Clean dining environment and prompt service in clearing the tables.

Friendly service with reasonable drink prices. 

Air-conditioned (although under power). There are outdoor seating too.

Easy parking.

What we don't like:

Mee Rebus was not to our liking. Rm 3.50, I think.

What we like:

Premium Roasted Fei Po Char Siew 肥婆叉烧 100g Rm 9.50
These really melt in your mouth, the real McCoy!

Every table has a bottle of Char Siew Sauce for customers to add to their heart's content. I find this to be very good as they do not serve our rice already drizzled with the Char Siew Gravy. 

Roasted Pork 化皮烧肉 100g Rm 8.50
Nice cut of the pork with the right proportion of skin, fats and lean pork. The skin were crispy and fragrant when chewed on.
The pork was of right taste, tender and still retained the juiciness.

Pearl Rice 珍珠米皇饭（大）Rm 2.00/bowl

Staff were attentive and patient.

What we don't like:

House flies but quickly resolved by helpful staff by providing us with a candle. Kind of "romantic" yah?

Air-con power unevenly spread within the restaurant. Some tables tend to be warm.

干贝黑豆排骨汤 Rm 6.90 (single pax serving)
I find this to be not worth the value and the black beans were still hard.

养颜苹果盅 Rm 8.90 (Single pax serving)
Soup was tasty but again not value for money given the small portion.

What we like:

Pork Porridge 猪肉粥 Rm 4.50 
Served with pork slices, minced pork, liver, kidney slices, Tung Chai 冬菜. 

Cooked just right, taste moderate, smooth, home style cooking.

Condiment with shredded ginger, fried shallots and parsley for flavor enhancement. 

Optional for egg to be added in porridge. 

Coffee / Kopi 咖啡 and Tea / Teh / 红茶
Nice but I find the prices a tad higher than the norm.

Curry Noodle 咖哩面 Rm 4.50

Curry gravy thick, flavorful with curry spice aroma, not really our preference. I like the version from 豆腐佬 better.
The sambal chilli was spicy

Served with see ham / cockles, tau kua / bean curd without filling, tao pok / fried bean curd and fish cake slices.

Friendly boss.

Has a row of classic kopitiam seats (photo)

That's our drink, we did returned to the hawker after we were done with it.

Wishing Tree 许愿树. If you want to, just get the red strip of red cloth from the temple next to the tree, write your wish on it and then cast it on the tree. Make a donation and pray for your wished to be granted.

Sekinchan Fishing Village 适耕庄渔村 in the area called Bagan, next to Redang Beach. Catch of the day were sold here, along the stretch. When we were there around noon, there were no activity. I am not sure what time the fishing boats are back with the day's catch, maybe the late afternoon to evening (4:30pm). There are also keropok to buy.
