What we like:

白斩鸡饭 (白切鸡饭 / 海南鸡饭）Hainanese Chicken Rice (Boiled Chicken Rice)

Rm 4.00

Mixture of soya sauce and sesame oil being sprinkled over the chicken.

Chicken is tender and fresh, skin soft and smooth.

Chilli Sauce (nice, spicy, can add minced ginger to taste)

What we don't like:

油饭(rice slightly hard, but still nice) 

胶质 Gelatin not there.
