I like this Japanese Bakery very much. From their opening, in about 3 weeks, I tried out many varieties of bread and liking most of them. There are a few types that holds nice surprises and touched me.
Mr Boss and his team are passionate in the operations. The service is friendly and thoughtful.
This bakery changed my feel for bread. If you like fresh, soft, fluffy, quality ingredients in the bread, this bakery has it all. The bread are baked in batches, there is a good chance to taste freshly baked bread hot from the oven. Fresh bread taste heavenly and eating one makes you satisfied and happy, feeling blessed.
Price is reasonable to me (based on ingredients used), higher than the usual bakery, but not that different from the well known bakeries.
They now serve drinks, so customers can take their time to enjoy the bread in a comfortable environment, with free Wifi.
As I drive in, there are nice greenery to relax me. Parking lots are ample and free. Mr Boss is nice to build a small ramp at the car park to make it easier for prams / wheelchairs to access.

我很喜欢的日式面包店。 从开业开始试吃， 大概三个星期，尝了蛮多口味的面包。 多数都喜欢， 还有几款有惊喜， 有感动到我。
老板和整个团队都认真， 用心的经营着。服务友善，周到。
一个让我对面包有如重新认识的店。如果您喜欢新鲜，口感软软，用料足的面包， 这家就有。面包一批批的烘出来， 有机会尝到热乎乎， 刚出炉的面包， 这时的面包是加很多分的。 尝到幸福，快乐似神仙。
价钱我认为合理（用料的不同），比一般面包店高一些，却与有名面包店差不多。
这里也有卖茶水， 舒适的环境里， 慢慢的 “碳”， 也有Free Wifi.
一路驾车进来， 路边的花草树木宜人， 心情也放松了不少。 停车方便， 免费。老板还贴心的在停车场，自己修了一个小斜坡， 方便婴儿车 / 轮椅上下。
