The noodles was cooked just right. Soup has Tang Cai (preserved vegetables) taste.
I cannot figure out where did the sweetness come from, the black vinegar or the chilli sauce. If you like a little sweetness in taste, you will like this.

不错吃， 没有Feel 到辣椒酱。 猪油渣和炸葱花的香气源源不绝。
面烫到刚好。 汤就冬菜味。
