After hearing good reviews from FB Friends, I finally made my way to Cawanmas Cafetiam in Johor Jaya to try their Lor Mee.
I find the taste to be different but likeable, not sure if it is a "cham" (mix) of prawn noodle soup with lor mee soup. The soup is more watery, unlike the gooey in the usual lor mee. It is fragrant when served, due to the fresh fried shallots added.
Noodle used is hand made type, not the yellow noodle, so the texture is without bite. The portion is lesser than I expected for the price. Ingredients added includes fish balls, fish cake, vegetable and chicken pieces.
Rm 5.50 + Govt Tax 6%
Dining environment is pretty cosy, with a veranda on one side that looks out to the trees and open car park space. No air-con though, with lots of fans and free WiFi.

FB 朋友们对金杯的卤面有不错的评语， 我也到 Johor Jaya 分店去尝。
我觉得卤汤有不同的味道，可我还蛮喜欢的。 不知道是不是虾面汤和卤面汤混合而成。汤比较水性，没有那么粘稠。面端来时， 好香的炸葱.
面条是手工面那种，口感比较软。份量，我觉得少了点。 配料有鱼圆，鱼饼片， 青菜和鸡肉块。

用餐蛮舒适，店的一面是像阳台的开放式，对着树木和开阔的停车场。虽然没有冷气，风扇蛮多， 还有网民的最爱，免费无线上网服务。
