What we like:
The cheery and friendly boss and chef that hums a tune as he cooks. His service was efficacious in bringing out a happy mood to us. The music that was played came from radio station FM 90.5, with nice songs (lucky us).
Ambiance was bright and breezy that day (depends on the weather and time of the day, if you like, you can refer to the photo with an actual compass reading to gauge the sunlight). There is no air-con, being situated in an open verandah.
Decor "hinted" of British from the string flags, Double Decker Bus and the menu, not to mention the obvious, the boss himself.
Food portion and the free flow of drinks (Nescafe Classic, Cameron Highland Tea, Milo, Ribena) made it good value Food Combos.
I liked the salad dressing that tasted a good mix of sweet, sour and savoury.
Lasagna / Lasagne was good but will be better if there were cheese / cheese slices between the layers, well, I like cheese.
The poached vegetables were cooked just right. Corn had butter in it, nice.
