What we like:
Chicago Cheesecake   Rm 9.50
This was delicious, creamy with the refreshing taste of lemon to balance. The crust at its base was fresh in taste, had nutty fragrance and afforded a nice chew to it.

For takeaway, it came in a well designed and good quality box. A disposable fork fitted nicely on the box (Photo), a nice touch.
I think to myself that it would have been perfect if a serviette was included and more importantly, a lining paper or alternative, was included to shield the base of the cake from the box.

Service was attentive, helpful and patient.

Dont go to this place anymore.i had a bad experience here.i accidently forgot to take my bag containing a hardisk and 3 ram cards.came back 20mins later,the staff went inside to pick my bag which they threw in the garbage (according to their manager Nicholas they will threw unwanted bags but the will keep and return missing hps or handbags..,my ram board went missing,only had the hardisk.dishonest staff...unprofessional manager.

    I am very dissapointed at your lame reasons about u procedure regarding customers leaving behind their belongings.In the first place your staff shouldnt have ransacked bags to find out whats inside to filter out which to throw and which to keep.As stated during your phone call to me,u said yout staff assumed its garbage...a hard disk and ram board as garbage....wow im really shocked and they threw it in the garbage bin.i did ask you you will you throw a hp or handbag leftbehind by a forgetful customer and you said no because they are valuable...how do u measure the valuability of hardisk and 3ram boards...As a district manager you surely have failed to emphasize on one important thing to you staff...that is..
    "Any customer left behind any bag,regardless heavy or not...coz not heavy (might have documents in it) do not open to see whats inside...and keep untill customer returns to get them"

    And because of this incident sadly...and your response towards it...i have decided to ban Coffee Bean &Tea Leaf...from my list of favourite eatery and i surely will share this on my review column in Trip Advisor,10 most famous eatery in Johor,and many more.

    Foremost, we would like to thank you for the valued feedback. We sincerely apologize over the misfortune you have recently experienced in our outlet at Plaza Pelangi mall branch.

    As explained to you yesterday, the bag has already been disposed as we thought it was leftover/unwanted bag left behind by customer and we do not know what was the content. Our staff had actually dug into the garbage bin to help you find this bag when you came back to the store asking for it, some of the items got wet by the time you received it but they already wipe it with a clean cloth. As for the missing Ram, we have no idea where it is as it may have fallen out from the bag when it was disposed into the garbage bin.

    Yesterday (18/1/2020) at 5.23pm me and my friend had a meal at your branch in Level 1 Plaza Pelangi Jalan Kuning Taman Pelangi Johor Bahru.After that we left but i forgot about my purple grey bag which i left on the chair.Inside the bag there is one hardisk and 3 RAM boards ,these are for my laptop.I came back 30mins later to ask for the bag from your staff .They gave me my bag and i didnt check inside and went home.3 hours later i went to get my hardisk in the bag and i was shocked to see my hardisk wet and 2 RAM board missing.
    I believed your stuff opened and checked my bag with their wet hands and probably one of them took my 2 RAM boards.Please check with your stuff and have it returned to me.
