Some of the food stalls here were operating along Lido Beach before the redevelopment of the area.
I have tried the following stalls out of the many. No food photos as I visited before I started blogging / posting to FB Groups. I will update if I revisit in future.
After dining here, can visit the near by Lido Beach to enjoy the breeze and openness, while it last as the new redevelopment plans for the area has been announced.
Yong Yong
Dessert stall with very refreshing and nice Cikong / Cheng Tng / 清汤, very authentic (to me), as the ingredients were generous and were complete (dried persimmon, dried winter melon, lotus seed, gingko nuts, etc). Price, of course had to match the ingredients served, so it was slightly higher than elsewhere, but worth it. Two person can share one if you had ordered dinner.
They also serve Ais Kacang, Cendol, Ais Jelly etc. and the stall next door (also theirs I think) serves delicious Tauhu Bakar, Sotong, Rojak, etc.

A very popular stall for briyani. I was disappointed a few times when it was sold out by the time I visited (around 730pm) They surely sell fast, many takeaways.
I find the curry mutton to be a bit too saltish for my taste. Biryani rice was nice. Price was Rm 8.00 or Rm 9.00 when I tried in 2011 /2012.
Tip Top Ikan Bakar
Another very popular food stall here, with diners seated along the pathway just next to the Food Centre. Customers will choose the seafood they want, get them weighed and be seated for your order to be bbq and served.
