Salted Egg York Crab 炒咸蛋螃蟹 Rm 95/kg Our order was Rm 72.00. No Female Crabs available.
We were told that Crab will be served last as it takes time to cook.It is the semi-wet version of salted egg, the yummy sauce went very well with rice.
A little disappointed with the crab's flesh being not solid enough as compared to Tian Lai Seafood Garden 天来海鲜园.

Lemon Chinese Tea for washing our hands after the crab feasting. While this is not new, I have to highlight that this is one of the very few restaurants we dined in that provide it.
Sze-Chuan Spicy Chicken 川式麻辣脆皮鸡 (Half / 半) Rm 18.00It has Crispy Skin, Succulent Meat but it has no hint of Mala nor Spicy. It is delicious but the name baffled us. The fragrance from the appetising combo of Fried Garlic and Shallot toppings worked up our appetite with a roar (call of the stomach). I love this and reminded me of the usual but rarely delicious banquet roasted chicken.
This is a far better dish than Uncle Pou Wok 补镬佬 "Kampong" Chicken 山芭菜园鸡.
Dining space was clean.
